This package includes:
 

• Three in-person meetings

  • Initial consultation 

  • Venue site visit

  • Final Itinerary meeting two weeks prior to the wedding

• Creation & management of day-of Itinerary (shared with vendors and all related parties)

• Planner will take over all Vendor & Venue correspondence one month prior to wedding date as the main point of contact

• Final review of all client-booked vendors 

• Direction & attendance of wedding rehearsal 

• Full on-site management + assistant until the dancefloor is open and late-night food is served

• Any additional assistance needed leading up to the big day!
